hehehs, ive not been the most ideal blogger u may find, i admit i havent been updating, hehs.. Just say, i am super duper out of ideas right now. even for my photography.. hahs, my camera has been busy, collecting dust.

anyhooo, CNY was a few days back, and like the many Singaporeans i bumped into, i head down to BATAM, with my cuzzies and aunts and uncle. shopping, eating, more shopping, more eating.. more eating.. and visited my dad's friend, Cik Fazakir, a singaporean, who owns a huge or rather large garden. growing stuff like cucumbers, the purple vegetable, starfruits, limes, etc. even got goats. :D and the best part is, the view from the hut(the garden was on a side of a hill. thus the hut/house is on the peak? if im not wrong.) was AMAZING with a big A. haha, my cuzzin just sat there, enjoying the scenery and the eclipse. ahaha.. and balerang brigde? im not sure of the exact spelling, its a bridge connecting batam to other islands?.. very high, very windy, and very the many mat motors and minahs. great view nonetheless. bought some teees, which was kinda cheap, $20 could get u at least 2 teees of goood quality i must say.

other than that, soccer on Tuesdays are back! haha, ready for another round of critiques and positive feeeback. :D ...and 1 of the songs i usually listen to, just got awkward. why? coz i dont know, maybe it gotta to do with them? haizz.. thanks uhs. baru jer nk letak kat blog. but what the heck, dont bother. just mooove on. heee.. :D

hahaha, hmm, let me see.... how many weeks have it been since i last blogged? hahaha, to my readers, im so sorry coz ive been a lil bit busy. and yeahs, ive just returned from a trip to Dubai and Oman.

Let me start off with the trip to Dubai and Oman.
my parents and their Hajj friends planned a vacation together to Dubai and Oman coz one of them is working and living in Oman. Cik Kamarudin is a plant supervisor with Petroleum Development Oman, or PDO.. i think. i couldnt recall the exact one, hehe. anyway, we started the trip off with a visit to Dubai, checking out the sights and sounds and the malls too. 1 thing to keep note is that stuff in megamalls in Dubai arent that cheap. hahaha. and some can even cost more than those in Singapore. so better get ur cash ready peeps. with the help of Captain Mokhtar, a harbour pilot in one of Oman's ports i think, again couldnt recall which one was it. heheheh, and Ali, an Omani working in refinery who previously worked under Cik Kamarudin, we managed to get around the city in their cars or 4WD vehicles. SERIOUSLY, without them, out trip would not be a great one. they are the ones that brought us around the beautiful city.

a few days in Dubai, managed to see the Palm Jumeira, Burj Al Arab and Bur Dubai, the icons of the city and even Singapore Deli, a shopped owned by Cik Fuad, a Singaporean who have worked in Dubai for years. hahah, finally got some fried rice. hehehe. met a few singaporeans, architects, etc there too. after Dubai, our 3 car convoy headed up from Sharjah(where the hotel is located, another city next to Dubai) to Dubai, then up to Oman. we took a detour to Dragonmall, a mall dedicated to all stuff Chinese made, and the sand dunes to have a go on the ATVs. hahahah, gosh i really felt all 4 wheels on mine took off after going over a sand dune on a relatively high speed. the sand was super soft, u could easily got ur wheels stuck in it.

we arrived in Oman, to the area called Medinat Sultan Qaboos, ard night time, headed in, settled our bags and just dozed off the minute i lay down on the bed. ahaha, ard 4 hours drive from Dubai to Oman, so u'll understand. the stay in Oman was awesome!! the people were great, the culture is great and even the driving too, it was lefthand drive. cars like Ford GTs and Mustangs, where in singapore there isnt any, can be seeeen. CCoooool or what. somehow i really like the culture there, than in Singapore. u dont see Mats and Minahs hanging ard. hahaha. anyhooo, visited Al Hotta cave and Fort Nizwa. with the cloudless deep blue sky as the back drop, photos turned out superb. anoter spot would be Mutrah Souq, a market place where tourists could get traditional stuff like headwear, dresses, ornaments, knives etc. while the ladies shopped, me and the men went on to the palace compound, again a very beautiful place, checked out the beaches and it was studded with groups after groups after groups playing soccer. and we personally think they could easily take on our S-league teams. they are that good. went on to the grand Mosque, and the interior is just magnificent. a very beautiful carpet, and the dome, gosh, breathtaking.

visited a few homes, Captain Mokhtar's and a few more. on thursday night, Cik Rashid, Cik Abu and Cik Fazakir headed home to Singapore via flight from Muscat International. Faizal, a Singaporean who worked in Oman for sales of supply equipment? hahah, again unsure of the exact job title drove us to the airport as Ali got to attend a wedding. after talking to people who live and worked here, it somehow attracts me, the experience of working overseas, the privilleges, but not to forget hard work at first to get where u wanna be. hahaha. that i need to figure out first. AHAHA. headed back to Dubai with the help of Ali on friday morning. but we stopped by a restaurant, somewhere near the town of Sohar, where they sell great Nasi Mandi, something like a brother to Nasi Briyani, to have our lunch and to pack some for sis. dont worry, the rice can stand the 7 hour flight home. hahah. and u could even ask the stewerdess for assistance to keep it in a chiller.

sometimes i just wonder, do loooks really matters?

i feeel like doing a big experiment.

Here goes, 2 guys, 1, a hot, cooool looking, with a body all girls melt upon seeeing, has good fashion sense, pleasing to the eyes, popular? and the 2nd, an average loooking guy, not so coool, not so hot, but is everybody's bestfriend, patient, humble, respectful, or easier said, some guy u bring home to show ur parents(meant for u ladies out there), on a head to head race for a lady, pretty, and averagely hot looking. time to place your bets!!! hahah, fake bets of course, just something to spice it up, instead of the normal votes. :D

to start off, i'll place my bet on the hot loooking guy. hahaha, im not a risk taker btw, so thats my safest bet. what bout u peeeps? just leave a tag with ur answer if u wanna... haha, ladies u can participate too..

that i have too many things on my mind right now. and most of the things im thinking bout doesnt even benefit me in any way. so ive decided to stop chasing what i cant reach, and just focus on whats on hand. Football and photography. thats it. NOTHING else.

on a lighter note, i got hit by an old man, until i fall down to the floor on my bagpack like an upside down turtle. hahahah. and it all happen at pasir ris interchange. hhahahahhaha, super duper embarrassing. hehehs, it was not his fault though, i was the one not loooooking straight ahead. oh wellls, everybody face their embarrassing moments sometimes.

and i quote, " if u start smoking, drinking, sleeping late, etc, everything will be gone, just like that." thats what Uncle Chu told my dad and his teammates when hes in the national squad, or sumthing similar to that, hahaha, i cant remember the exact words. oh well, what he meant was that, bad habits will make all ur hardwork go to waste. all you've done for training, gone. and its true. ive tried training for a few days, feeling all great, the day b4 a match, i slept late.. guess what, i sucked. BIG TIME. ( to my frens who think i suck oreadi, its worse. :D) felt letargic, was heavy to accelerate, etc. i bet u guys must be saying who the hell sleeep late b4 a match.. well, ive got no comments to that. hehs.

did some practice with my dad in the morning. hahahaha, and gosh, all these while he says im still weak in the legs, hahaha, now i realised it. did a few old-schoool drills my dad used to do back then, hahaha, and what a surprise, my legs turn into jelly. super duper quick. ahahah. it was being quick, fast and super fast that help my dad got a spot playing with the big boys back then. and it was simple. just plain hard work. no fancy foootwork. just .. feint and sprint. i could feint, buttttt.. the sprinting wasnt enough. hehehs.

okay, ever tried playing a physically demanding sport for 4 hours? with only 5/10 mins break in between?
heheh, to those who have tried, u would know how "great" the feeeeling is huhs.. but to those who have not, please do. HAHAHA..

anyhooo, played at THE CAGE yest with acap, nuraman, haliim, zz and amin the amazing. qin and his bro joined us too. we faced opponents frm acap's cuzzin's team.. hahaha, and gosh, it was a rollercoaster ride.. literally. haha, coz mainly we were small built. :D
it was supposed to be from 7 to 9pm, but we extended till 11pm. hehehe.. it was super exhausting but great fun at the same time. reached home at abt 12.30am ++..
so as a result of yesterday's mini football mayhem, schooool today was total crap. i just felt like sleeeeeping the whole lessson. buttt, my lesson ended early on mondays, so im home by lunch. heheh, gonna rest, and then head out for a jog later in the evening.

Huahahaha.. how long has it been.. 2? 3? weeeks??? since i last update.. oh wells.
anw, to start things off, during the deepavali holiday, my family headed up to KL for the weeekend. just to do some shopping and eating and more shopping. hahah.. headed to petaling streeet as usual, while my mum n sis heads to KLCC for their shopping. there is this new place called the pavilion? its newly opened.. very posh, very big and very coool shopping centre. with the names like gucci, and other expensive brands line its exterior.

1 thing to keep note though, if u guys havent enjoyed a superb jack's place kinda western foood, which is halal ofcourse, head down to TONY ROMA's ... on the basement level of pavilion. the foood may cost kinda much, buttt, to me, its worth it. but idk bout u guys though.. hehehehe.

last monday, on the 3rd of november, i sat and passsed my FTT, hahahah, which was surprisingly easy. really2!.. its a mix of advanced theory and also basic theory stuff.. like right of way, etc. cooooolnesss. FTT down, BTT down, now pracs all the way. (: hehehehe...

got back to my soccer on tuesdays after the long break during raya.. haha, im way from being a goood player, just a goood player, according to my dad. hehs.. i wonder how far am i away frm being a great player. hahahah...

ahahah, went out raya-ing with my classmates, haha, exactly right after class. :D
we brought along our baju kurungs to class which ended at 12.30.. headed straight to Malik the Master's place. 2 cars in total. well, the 2nd car, belonging to hakim, joined after 3pm. hehs.. we changed and headed straight to shah's place in bukit batok. zooooomed off to hakim's place and to pick up his car. from there was yazid's, then fauzio's... and zul's. mr ruhazat's was next, arwin's and then mine. wrap things up by 11. haahahahaa, the surprising thing is, MEEE SIAM or MEEE GORENG was the dish of choice at the homes we went to. hahahaa.. coooool or what. and now my tummmy is super fulll. hakim and fauzi wore bluee.. whereas amir, yazid and arwin wore black. hahah, i was close to wearing my blue baju kurung.

a continuation frm the previous post, hahaha, it was initially our plan to meet the group at afif's, but instead, i met nadiah at the mrt b4 heading to ayunii's place which was kinda walking distance frm my place. heheh.. it was the usual gang, azmi, azri, anas, afif, shamir, reduan, rahim and iskandar the planner. ayuni, namirah and nadd were soon joined by khairun and later on, shahirah with her partner. iskandar rani joined us at the planner's house, so does muhaimin. the number of houses we went to are uncertain, to me though.. but we wrap things up with khairun's place abt midnite. tiring? yes. hahaha, azmi was ranked the best joker, with competition frm afif, anas and iskandar rani... haha, we were tired, and laughter relieved it, for just a lil. :D
it was a hot and sunny day, so all of us were sweating whenever we arrived at somebody's place. haha, oh wells. it was also a foodfest, having to eat at almost all the places.. hehs, nice nice foooods. i think i gained a kilo or two. :D

went out raya with my 4e3 peeeps, zul, amsyar, nadd(both nadiah m and nadiah r) junidah and feza with their partners, and foheeer. 8 houses? if im not wrong.. including our teacher Mr Kadir, who teaches us malay language back in sec 3 and 4. wrap it up with izzuans's place in pasir ris, ard 10.40 pm.. by the time we arrived at nadd r's place, all faces were loooking tired.. until the murtabak came. hahaha. sunrise on changi beach didnt go exactly as i thought i would be. hahaha.. firstly, the tide was quite high at that time.. so i had to just stay on the beach.. secondly, there were drawings on the sand and flowers and stuff, i freaked out when i arrived, alone, thought there might be a prayer or gathering of somesort. so i just stayed put on my little corner. hhahah. the sun was rising over cloud cover, so i could get that rising over the horizon kinda shot. but, it was beautiful though..

the clouds grew darker, and by 7.50am++, it was starting to pour. BUT, the storm clouds are super awesome.. it was like something out of a movie.. hahaha, the wind i think was strong enough to blow my camera away too. got stuck under the bustop, which didnt really help in keeping me and the camera dry. until a point of time, where the rain got so heavy, that planes flying over me, just dissappeared in front. hahaha, coool or what. like curtain. walked back to changi village when the rain eased.. hahaha, next one: pasir ris beach sunrise. :) :)

huahaha. been awhile since i last updated. hehe.. been busy. HAHAA. im just out of ideas and pictures to post up. so anw, under my void lives a cat. a chubby, fat cat. a grey colour fat cat. hahaha, and i think fat cats are more relaxed than their other skinny friends. everytime i see this particular cat, chilling under a potted plant, in malay i would say, " lepak sia nie kucing". haha, means, this cat is freaking relaxed there. or sumthing like that.

went out break fast with the soccer boys.. headed down to harbourfront macdonald and to my surprise.. it was empty. even at 6.50+. not exactly empty, but it wasnt packed. :)
ate and laugh our butts off to hafiz's silly jokes. another place that wasnt packed was the skypark@vivo. we chilled, toook photos. zz brought along his guitar, so there was quite some entertainment going on. hahaha. geylang bazaar will always be super kecoh(very lively and stuffy and many people). my family didnt explore the bazaar much. just a lil bit of the food sections. but i feel like wanna take photos there. the crowd is just great, the colours, the lights, the stuffs.. haha.

Today's headlines: im broke. hahahah, i do have some left. but i rather consider myself broke for now. im currently loooking for a job for 2 and a half weeks, coz im having my exams now, so im free on the 11th of september onwards.. so then till hari raya is ard 2.5 weeks. hahaha.
things i want: FLASH UNIT*priority*
new shirts, pants and shoes. (:
camera bag*2nd most impt* hehehe.
the temptation to ask my sis for "assistance" hahaha, is very high. but its better if earn it myself. and for your info, a flash unit can cost really2 expensive. so im hunting for 2ndhand stuffs first. hopefully they wont cost as much as first hand ones.. till here. C YA..

to be honest, st wilfred field kinda suck. ahaha, the condition is rather disappointing i must say. the 5-a-side pitch has holes, bulges, bald spots. but we enjoyed the game nonetheless. hafiz went home after that, so the rest of the guys headed down to vivo for dinner. we were under dressed for vivo i think. hahaha, i think its just me. hahaha. anw, we chilled at the sky park after that.. the weather was cooling, with slight breeze. there were lots of couples though. hugging, kissing, and with the night sky as a backdrop, it could make a really great photo. romantic, and funny at the same time, coz along the same railing, there were ard 4 couples, only metres apart from each other, and at a point of time, i think i saw them in a similar hugging pose. hahahah, cooolness. like mirrors.
anw, i think my throats getting worse. hahaha. as they say what comes around goes around, the jokes i made to my sis when she lost her voice recently.. hahaha, now i got it. aites then, till here.

hahaha, its not that im really pissed off or sumthing, just that, as an amateur photographer, i have lots to learn, need lots of encouragement.. to finally do great with the camera. (haha, i meant, do goood. :D) and i welcome all sorts of comments, from nice shots, to ugly shots, to recommendations of locations or models.. but if any of you peeeps is interested in the models or friends in the shots, kindly do it, privately.. ask me for their details privately. coz it wouldnt appear nice on the tagboard.. as if im running somesort of dating service. to any party that i may have offended, im super duper sorry.

its been a cold few days lately, rain in the afternoon, evening.. hahah, coool weather.
went for run yesterday, it was drizzling, and gosh the feeelings just splendid. hahaha, i really like playing in the rain though.. but its super hard coz my shoes and jersey was super drenched.
today, i was supposed to have a soccer match with asyraf's cuzzies team, but the referee canceled the game due to lightning and bad weather. so.. we headed down to kallang's The Cage. it wasnt the ordinary 50 bucks an hour, but it was 90, i think coz its a sunday. anw, we boook 2 hours, which costs us ard 130bucks(i know its supposed to be 180, but thats the price they gave us).. shared btw our team and theirs..
headed back to whitesands for dinner at the KFC, b4 heading home.

seriously, i miss her. alot. but its just me..

went to the fireworks festival on friday night, and i got to tell you, it was amazing.. hahhah, best seats, great location and superb fireworks. for a moment, i thought i would just put aside my camera and just watch the whole fireworks display.. hahah, but i couldnt resist having a go at photographing them. i was standing on the top level of the floating platform, along with my cuzzin, and mayb dozens and dozens of amateur(me), semi-pro, professionals, expert photographers all lined up with our cameras facing almost the same direction and angle. hahahah.. it was a great experience.. haha, in the past, i would be among the huge crowd, standing near the merlion.. hahah. :)

went out with the guys of engineering. ahhaha, my classmates. supposedly to have a photoshoot, but only hakim came all dressed up. hahaha, sorry bro. but dont worry, the next photoshoot, i will also dress up. and so does all the other guys. to shahreza, no more that grey shorts. and also, i would plan the locations before hand. HAHA. :D

photo outing today was averagely great. hahaha, why? coz i just got no idea where to go to take their (shahreza and amsyar) photos.. :) in the end, headed down to clarke quay? i think, esplanade, and the supreme court for their photoshoots. and not surprising, esplanade was full of young teeens, hanging out, and even having a go at shuffling? or how ever they spell it. coool sights and sounds i must say..

BOAT RIDE DAY.
hahah, the grad classes from the engineering department went on a cruise, around the southern islands of singapore... passing through the petro-chemical plants, islands, cargo ships, docks, beaches.. a nice change from the sights and sounds in school. hahah. and it was hot and very sunny. (: the ship or boat we were on board, if im not mistaken is named fairwind. and also if im not mistaken, my cuzzies dad should be the captain of the ship.. hehehs, i'll just have to ask to find out.
anyhoo.. last week was like a normal school week, tests, revisions, projects.. the normal stuff. except on wednesday night, me and 3 others went for a small dinner at fauzio's uncle's place at the esplanade..
there is an upcoming tournament, starting on the 4th of august. and from what i heard, other teams sounds super duper strong. it will be a great challenge. (: but, im not sure im ready for it.. coz.. hahaha, im injured somehow. (look below).. hehehe.. till here. CYA!!

the number 14. my favorite number and the number i grow up using for my soccer. this particular jersey dates back to my secondary school days. hahahaha, still have it, still fits. had a match against a team wearing red, its a newly formed team, and im not too sure whats their team name. our team played great, with thumbs up to our centerback who performed tremendously well. the score was 5-2?? hahahah, i kinda forgot whats the score. scorers were, i think nuraman, haliim and amin. hhahahhaa, i think. hoho.. hello ppl! hahaa, i havent been updating much. coz honestly theres nothing much to write about.. no new pics tooo. hehehe. but sooon, soooon there will be pics. hahaha. my cam has beeen staying in its bag for a weeek+ now, the battery drained coz of the wedding photos me and cuzzies took. now waiting for the batt to charged up, and im offf to shooot some sceneries? idk. hahahaha...

this weeekend's soccer is cancelled, and it got me thinking.. i got soccer with my dad and his group of experienced players on tuesdays.. i'll sooon have practical driving lessons on wednesdays, and the SIA team(young ones) have been letting my dad know, that im welcome to join them for training and even play alongside them in their matches on fridays. hahah, again, i'll be the youngest on the team. and its not always a goood thing. so i guess weeekend soccer will be an optional thing for me from now on.. hehs. ohwells.. just have to wait and seee.

anw, school started. woohooo? hahaha, tests are coming. and so does my exams. all my other modules are under control and have no worries for them, but just this digital controls module, im super lacking behind. hehehs, maybe just need to focus more during its long lessons rather than sleeping. the sports and wellness lesson today is just great. hahah, push ups, sit ups, something similar to the BEEP test, and ofcourse 2 rounds of the track. tiring? yes. exhausted? not really. its been a week? i think, since i last blog, which was when i got home from my vacation. hehs. anw, last week was a normal one, just that i dont have any classes to attend. heheheh.. im still on holiday, but shooots, i got tests coming up right when school begins. oh man...
and my exams tooo.. hehs, oh wells..

now im back to my jogging and gym sessions, i dont feel slow anymore. hehehe, but theres still alot to improve on for soccer. technique, according to my dad was all wrong. 3 things to keep in mind he says, that is to keep my shoulder and body low, bend my non-kicking knee, and follow through after shot. 3 simple things to say, but its super hard to control. as they say, its hard to change a habit. spent my tuesdays and thurdays with my one and only lady, met her after school, and just hang out. hahaha, suppose to take pictures. but somehow, my bum got stuck on the seat next to her, and i end up talking and talking and laughing and laughing with her. hahahaa,

hahaha, to all my readers, if theres any, i am really really sorry for the lack of updates on my very simple blog. haha. my desktop pc broke down, thus, i cant edit new pics. and without new pics, the posts would be super boring. :)

anyway, now its up and running, ive got new pics for you peeps to see, and comment if u want to.
so, my school holiday has begun. this time, its only for 3 weeks. so i cant really do much. ehehe. my first week gone, by the vacation to kelantan, KL in malaysia. for all you peeps, kelantan is somewhere near the thai border. loook up on a map if u wanna know the details. overall, kelantan is a clean, safe, nice, and obviously sunny city. with foods, and clothings never tasted or seen before. but its hard to find a good place to eat at night, somehow alot of the shops are closed. and theres no tall skyscrapers, metal and glass office buildings, etc. headed down to KL, where i indulge myself in all things cheap. from jerseys, to tees, to sunglasses and even a new pair of soccer booots. WOHOOOO!!!
my sis didnt got to join coz she left early to attend some meeting. :) tooo bad sis. HAHA.
total 8 days abroad, and gosh i misss my darling so so much. (:

aites, here it is. homeclub on 7th june. an event filled with 13 other bands, excluding papercranes. it will be from 2pm to 10pm i think. so the slot where papercranes be playing, im not too sure. the other bands look established, hehehe, but it will be the first for papercranes. tag on my tagboard if ur keen on knowing, or going. anw, had soccer today. we didnt had any opponents to go againts, so we just played a 5 on 5 game. i didnt score any today. hahhaa, im lost on the number of times it hits the post. so, afta the game i checked my kneee, coz during the match, i kinda landed on a locked knee( when the knee is locked and u land hard from a jump), and the pain wasnt that intense, just feeling a lil numb? i think. but it went away, when i started walking. but it didnt give me any probs during and after the game. wheeeewwww.

went cycling today, headed down to eastcoast park via the coastal road connector, changi and pasir ris... hahahhaa. the coastal road connector is already 7+ km, plus the other park connectors, the roads, hahahaha, i cant keep track. but i know, its super long. maybe not that super but long. hahaha...

hahaa, today has beeen rather funny. firstly, my desktop pc broke down. ive tried rebooting, but doesnt seem to work. tried restarting, also doesnt work. so now, ive disassembled it and placed it aside. hehee, gonna send it in for servicing soon. anw, im logged on from my dad/sis old laptop coz i dont think shes gonna lend me her apple laptop.

i went out to accompany my dad to send his car for inspection. and gotta tell you peeps, it was super coooool. eventhough the inspection only took like 5-10 mins, the procedures was interesting. tested for some gas emmisions, engine sounds, braking power, checkout the bottom of the car.. etc. hahaha.. i was like some kid in a toy store. and now im bored at home. hahs.

its funny and interesting, seeing how easy people move on. its like, nothing still lingers around in their heads or something. no memories, no feelings. none. hehs, but its just my point of view.

shot some great night scenes at clarke quay with acap and zz. haha, they enjoyed playing guitar by the waterfront, surprisingly. the atmosphere is definitely different from esplanades waterfront. its more to a relaxing, chilling kinda vibe.

ahaha, thus i got addicted to night photography. the colours, the sights, are just different. hahaha.

so i had soccer today. scored a goal from a corner kick by ahmed haliim. FOOOHOOOO!!! superb! HEHEEE. anw, hurt my left ankle again. its super weaker than my right. maybe need to train on it a lil bit more. how? that i have to figure out.

hahaha, my confidence has never been high. idk why. but nvm. played soccer with my dads peeps again yesterday. this time i was the forward, after much smiles and go aheads from other teammates. and it was SUPERB. i mean.. i like that position super much. hahhaha, but again, i suck at everything. according to all my friends. hehs. and, i think they're right. i busted my knee, and my left ankle.

anyhooo, went to finish the idea compilation for my FYP, final year project, with my groupmates over at fauzios raffles starbucks branch today. hahahah we are the only kids, or students there. office workers, men in coats and sportscars are the regulars. orders frapps and begin work. for approx 1hr and a half? i think. hahahaha.. but we did get some work done though. went home via raffles place mrt. and i realised its a kinda sweeeeet place to snap a few pics. hoho. today was super sleepy. i had i dont know how many hours of break time in between my lessons, coz, apparently, i wasnt in the group whos suppose to be studying hydraulics today. mine would be next week. set up my stuff, started snapping. i tested different settings, exposures, apertures, etc. soon i was joined by a resident, who started snapping with his digicam.

its tuesday. soccer day for my dad and his colleagues. but this time, i played. WOHOOO!!!
but just for the second half only. hehs.. anw, the game was awesome. maybe becoz they werent that fast, or fit. so its easy for me to track back, when they counter. Hhehee, football slang peeps. my legs are tired. really really tired. played on the leftback position. overall, i learn critical lessons, such as self positioning with or without the ball, alongside other defenders, and your opponent. all these coming from teammates who were 3times my age. experience baby, experience.
hahaha, the jersey was also 3times my size. hahahaha. i looked like some kid with overalls running around.

school was boring, like normal. the normal laughs.. so very lazy to go to school tomorow. i feel like, taking my cam out to i dont know where.. n just take photos. hahahah.. just a thought, its easy to have a peek into someones character, by just smiling. for me that is. instead of the ordinary stares. and a great way to start a conversation with a girl. but i havent tried that one yet. today started off sunny. went down to arab street coz my sis wants to buy some new clothes. hehs, anw, brought my cam along. PRACTICE. hehe, i needed to practice, and try to be one with the cam. only then, the pictures will be superb.
anyhoo... went around with my dad, snapping the cityskyline, the monuments, people. honestly i didnt see much going on, except the clouds, the colours. and there wasnt many ppl around. hehs.

so headed home, after mum n sis got their new additions to their wardrobe. chilled at home, and headed out again to catch the sunset at changi. but.. it was cloudy n hazy today. so there wasnt much to see.

AHA! something new to share. went to some north indian restaurant. the food was great. it was packed with like thousands of spices. some of the dishes are super strong in spices that it still lingers in ur mouth. but no worries, as there is this sugar coated seeds called sauf. or something. and its super nice. its an awesome mouth freshener and it works super well, i think maybe better than chewing gum or other mouth fresheners. next time im going to mustafa centre, i will surely look out for it. HEHEHE.

anw, b4 that, we went in search of a restaurant that my sis was so excited bout going. but we didnt manage to find that place. its at boat quay. but something catches my eye tonight, the number of patrons at the bars and pubs alongside singapore river is like double the number i last saw, which was on a weekend. but we didnt walk through, as we were getting hungry. hhaha, got addicted to over you by daughtry. the musics just great. i dont know bout you peeps, but its good enough for me to play it over n over n over again. went to school today.. like normal, met my crazy friends, had thousands of laughs. had lunch with NTD peeps, but its not gonna be a daily occurance. our timetables doesnt have lunch slots which are the same. makan, makan, laugh, laugh. match review. HAHAA

today was team eutags first real match. against chili padi warriors. nuramans brothers team. hehs.
the match was okay. got a lil help from our coach. overall, the game was terrible, with through ball splitting our defenders apart. we lost. but we did score a few spectacular ones from aqib. halftime, and coach needs us to look out for players and play with direction. it helped. final whistle.. and coach says that our main problem, is that we dont know how to play the position we were in. we were running all over the place. next problem, communication. there was definitely lack of communication amongst the defenders. control was key. there wasnt any control. told me that it needs a lot of effort from the whole team to get back to winning form.
TRAINING: Next Saturday. venue to be confirmed. FOC.
now my head hurts from the high balls. and tomorrow start school. "wohoo"...

okay. Now i know how expensive repair work on a DSLR camera can be. Number 1 priority... get my cam into a DRY safe place. time to call in... the DRY BOX. but freakshit, i dont have one. need to get one a.s.a.p.. but not to hurry, coz there are thousand of diff kinds of dryboxes. this all because, mould n fungi can grow on the lens and camera components. humidity, dust are number 1 contributor. and the repair work could cost hundreds!
gosh. im short on cash. but enough to get 1 decent drybox. talked to my cuzzin bout it, told me to look out for the diff kinds, and diff prices they offer. its good insurance to have. yahoo havent given me the best of help. hahahaha. as my sis said, its an expensive hobby. actually, everybody says that. HEHs. oh well.. i love it, n i can say i can do better in it. rather than in floorball or other things. but soccer will always be my number 1. unless comes along a lady of my dreams... HAHA.

today i had soccer/football training with my teammates. the overall mood was okay at first, but it all went down the hill when we were into practice. the heat, and our overall lack of fitness made every run, pass, tackle super sloppy. its like a bunch of small kids playing. passes couldnt connect, but there was effort on the build up play. how long has it been since i last played at the field, a month ago? definitely before the holidays.

aarrgghh. its frustrating when u dont have, or i dont have the fitness and stamina i like to have. hahaha, and now im back home... my mum cooked nasi lemak. yummmmmy!!!!

as for tommorow, going to the sports hall, n try my luck at booking a field at st wilfred sports complex. known for their artificial field. HEHS. maybe bringing my d40 along..

schools starting... boring.

2nd year of my higher nitec course is commencing soon. so very very quick.
my exams are okay. hopefully the same for the 2nd year.
and hopefully, my schedule wont be too hectic for me. HAHA.
